My Story
I am a compassionate therapist who deeply believes in your capacity to heal. In moments when hope feels distant, I will hold it for you. My goal is to help individuals create lives grounded in calm, joy, and freedom from the impacts of trauma. Healing is possible—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach for healing from distressing experiences. I have extensive experience working with survivors of sexual trauma, Veterans, teenagers, victims of domestic violence, and fellow mental health professionals. I strive to provide a safe, respectful space where healing can unfold. Alongside EMDR, I am certified in DBT and trained in CPT, PE, TF-CBT, MI, and BA. I also offer adjunctive EMDR therapy in collaboration with other clinicians, allowing a focused approach to trauma resolution.

As a clinical supervisor, I support therapists in discovering their authentic voice and practicing with integrity. I emphasize evidence-based care and work to foster a positive, empowering environment where clinicians and staff feel seen, supported, and valued.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy hiking new trails, traveling, and spending time with my three cats—including one with special needs who inspires me every day. My love for animals and passion for helping others are at the heart of everything I do.
